Our Services Terms and Conditions
The term â€˜youâ€™ or â€˜yourâ€™ refers to the passenger and/or the booker booking the journey. The term â€˜youâ€™ or â€˜yourâ€™ also refers to the user or viewer of our website.

It is your responsibility to give correct details to us via phone or through this website
This includes the correct pickup point and the date and time you require. All incorrect bookings concur a charge of the full fare for your expected journey/s. Please note: A child or infant is counted as a passenger.
Our prices are quoted per vehicle and not per person. It is your sole responsibility to book the correct vehicle for the correct number of passengers and luggage.
Additional charges will be charged for extra stops or diversions and will be at the discretion of Global Transfers UK
The driver will choose a route taking into consideration time, traffic, driving conditions, diversions, closed roads and any other route closures.
Charges will apply to you if you the passenger wishes to take a different route. Global transfers UK will take into consideration the time and mileage difference between the chosen route by the driver and the route preferred by the passenger.
We accept credit/ debit cards online only via our secure online payment service. Â£3.00 admin charge will be charged in addition to the quoted price. The admin charge is non refundable
We also accept cash. This can be paid direct to the driver on the day of pick up. We only accept British Sterling Pounds (GBP).
Waiting time charge is charged in cash and is to be paid to the driver on the day providing it is authorised by Global Transfer UK beforehand.
Child seats / Baby Seats are supplied @Â£5.00 per seat and we make every effort to ensure child/baby seats are available. Though we do not guarantee, complete suitability for your child, or the availability of our child seats/chairs for your journey. Usage of child/baby seats is entirely at the passengerâ€™s discretion, by using our baby seat/s or baby chair/s you agree that we will not and cannot be held responsible or liable for any hurt, injury, harm to persons or damage to none related materials from their usage.
Confirmation of booking
To confirm your booking we will send you an email (subject to you supplying a valid e-mail address) with the details of the booking made by you. It is important that you thoroughly read and check your details within the email. If there is any discrepancies it is your responsibility to notify Global Transfer UK immediately via phone or email. Failure to inform us of any incorrect details can cause you to miss your transfer or driver.
All our drivers have the right to refuse any passengers that they feel is threatening, abusive, drunk or if in the drivers opinion the passenger is believed that he may be a danger to himself the driver, passengers or any other persons.
It is your sole responsibility to choose the correct vehicle for the correct amount of passengers and all luggage.
Any incorrect vehicle booking for the journey will be charged at the full price.
No luggage is allowed in the seating area of the vehicle weighing over 5KG
Any vehicle damaged or soiled by passengers will be charged. There is minimum charge of Â£10 for a basic vacuum.
Charges for any other damage will be calculated at the end of the journey by Global Transfers UK.
All damages must be paid for in cash at the end of the journey. Failure to pay the required amount will be immediately reported to the local police and further legal action will be taken if required.
It is your sole responsibility to find your driver on booking the journey. This can be done by either phone or through our website. By telephone our customer service staff will inform you where to meet the driver. By our website customer service staff will send an email with your confirmation details. If you cannot allocate your driver you must call global transfers UK as soon as possible.

This is located on the right hand side as you come out of customs in to the arrivals hall

Located straight in front of you, as you come out of customs into the arrivals hall
Terminal 4 COSTA CAFE
Located directly in front of you as you walk into the arrivals hall.
Terminal 5 COSTA CAFE
the is located in the arrivals hall the driver can be located in front of Costa cafe in the middle as this is a large cafe.
WH Smith, which is located at the North and South terminal. (driver will be waiting outside)
WH Smith, which is located on the left hand side as you come out of customs into the arrivals hall. (driver will be waiting outside)
The driver will be waiting at the airport information point
Pickups and drops
The driver will always attempt to drop off and/or pick you up at the designated drop off/pick up point or as close as possible to the designated pickup/drop off point,.
The driver will not stop at bus stops, bus lanes or any prohibited place or any other place that the driver deems inappropriate.
Waiting time charges
All waiting times will be charged.
Where airport, sea ports and cruise terminals are the pickup/drop off point, waiting time will be charged after 30 minutes of the requested time requested via our website or via phone.
From home, hotels, stations and any other place a waiting charge will be charged from 10 minutes after the booking time (agreed pick up time)
charges are Â£ 0.25p per minute. If only paid parking is available for the driver, all parking charges will be your responsibility and must be paid to the driver after confirmation by Global Transfer UK prior to paying the driver
Call waiting charges must be paid in CASH pounds sterling.

We will not be held responsible of any damage to baggage, luggage or any single items during its transit. It is you the customers responsibility to load your luggage safely in to the vehicle.
Additional pickups or drops off
Â£5.00 per diversion will be charged in cash by the driver once authorised by Global Transfer UK.
Cancelling a booking
All cancellations must be received by us no later than 12 hours prior to the agreed pick time. This can be completed by either telephone or via our website.
It is your responsibility to inform the booking office as soon as possible if your flight is missed.
Any refunds will incur a Â£5.00 admin charges.
If your flight is missed and you would like to travel on a later flight, we will honour the booking fees in full.
A No show is when the driver cannot make contact with the passenger at the pickup/ drop off point as per booking
this includes incorrect date, time, address, date of arrival or flight number.
The driver will make all possible efforts to contact the passenger or booker.
At airports, cruise terminals and sea ports the driver will wait up to 1 hour after the requested/agreed meeting time. After 1 hour the booking will be logged as a no show at the office.
At all other pickup points the driver will wait 30 minutes from the requested/agreed time and the booking will be logged as a no show
No shows will be charged in full and at no time will refunds be given if you paid via debit/ credit card.
you the Passenger or Bookers responsibility is :-
To choose correct vehicle for passengers and luggage
To agree and confirm correct date, time, pick up address.
On airport pickups please make sure you give the date your flight LANDS in the UK and NOT the date it takes off from the destination
To supply your correct contact details (e.g. telephone number, mobile number, email address)
To be at pick up meeting point or to allocate the driver at the designated meeting point
Make sure all the luggage is loaded into the vehicle
Do not leave the luggage unattended
Global Transfers UK cannot and will not be held liable for
Weather conditions, Traffic delays, Road closures, Diversions or any other natural causes or other cause that may delay or re-route your journey.
Any damage to luggage, baggage or single items in transit, loading or unloading.
Waiting time is charged at 0.25pence per minute plus car park charges if applicable. (see below)
50 % extra is charged from 18.00/6.30pm 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December, 1st January ending at 11.59pm/23.59
these charges are applied through the festive period.
Wake up call
The driver or our office will call the phone number given by you at the time of your booking. The driver or our office will call the telephone number up to three times at the time requested, It is your responsibility to be available and answer the telephone. If we fail to make contact our driver will still make his way to the agreed designated pickup point and then upon arrival will again attempt to make contact with you.
Our refund policy is as follows
Cancellation 12 hours before pick up, a Â£5.00 admin charge will be deducted from the price of the journey.
If your flight is missed you must inform Global Transfers UK immediately and obtain a missed flight reference number.
No refunds will be made at anytime for
cancellations Less than 12 hours before your booked pick up time
incorrect flight details, flight number, date or time
absence of your missed flight reference number
